TERMS OF SERVICE

When requesting a commission from me, you agree to these terms of service.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

✦ Payment must be completed before I start working. I will not start on a commission unless it's paid.
✦ I only accept payment via PayPal ( International ), via Wells Fargo (EEUU), or via BBVA ( Mexico )
✦ Paypal payments will only be accepted in USD ( American Dollar ) unless I requested otherwise.
✦ Payment requests will be through invoicing. You have to pay within 48 hours or your order will be canceled.
✦ After confirming the payment I'll add your commission to the queue list.
✦ There are no refunds. Unless I wasn't able to complete my part and I give you the choice of a refund.
✦ Depending on the difficulty of the commission, I reserve the right to increase prices.
✦ Be patient. It may take a day or a month to finish your commission. ( Life happens )
✦ After you are ok with the final sketch of your commission, no more changes are allowed.
✦ You will receive two wips: when I have the sketch, and when the base color is done. Only at this moment, you can ask me about changes, however, as it's said in the previous point, in the second wip you CAN'T ask for changes in the drawing ONLY in the palette color of this one.
✦ The commissioner is allowed to use the artwork in any non-commercial way they want. This includes reposting it, use as a profile picture, and even printing it for themselves. ALWAYS with the corresponding credits.
✦ The commissioner is not allowed to use the artwork in any commercial way unless asked previously, has got in an agreement with me, and covered the extra payment required.
✦ I retain the copyright of the artwork. I can submit it on my social media, giving proper credit to the owner of the characters I drew. This also means you're not allowed to modify, copy, or trace the artwork.

HOW TO ORDER

You can send me a DM on Tumblr/Twitter/Instagram/Discord or a note in Deviant Art (subject: COMMISSION - [TYPE]) with the below information:

✦ Username: Your name/nickname
✦ Commission type: Chibi / Half Body / Full Body
✦ Payment method: Paypal / BBVA (Only Mexico) / Wells Fargo (Only USA)
✦ PayPal e-mail: your account of Paypal if payment is PayPal
✦ Character Ref: Only images. ( CLEAR and full colored references. If traditional reference is given, please include a digital color palette )
✦ Extra: Be very specific with what you want like images/expressions/ oc's personality, etc. Or if you want to add a pokemon. The more details you can give me is better for the work.
✦ Background: Yes (Specific if simple or elaborated) / No

✦ Edition: Single ($10) or Couple (15$)
✦ Hands: Hold / None (Only couple edition)
✦ Expression: The number of the expression you want [1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5]
✦ Pillow Type: Normal / Bunny / Dog / Cat / Fox
✦ Blush: Strong / Soft / None
✦ Pillow Color: The colors/patterns you want in the drawing of the pillows (see the numbers that are in the base so you can be specific)
✦ Rug: The color (max 2) and pattern you want in the rug [always will be oval]
